Cove Cay Village I

Cove Cay Village I has five buildings situated closest to Tampa Bay which affords spectacular views of the water.  You’ll also view the Bayside Bridge and on a clear day, the downtown skyline of the city of Tampa.

You will find two 10 story buildings, one 7 story and two 4 story buildings, all equipped with elevators. Each condo was built with a screened balcony.  You may choose to incorporate the balcony into the living area as other condo owners have done.  You will enjoy your own private laundry room which has additional storage space located across the hall from the front door.

This village offers several floor plans –

Studio Condos:  One bathroom with tub and shower, laundry room inside the condo, 565 sq. ft.

One Bedroom Condo: One bathroom with a tub and shower, a half bath, laundry room located across the walkway from the front door, 810 sq. ft.

Two Bedroom Condo:  Two bathrooms, one with a tub and shower, one with a walk-in shower, laundry room located across the walkway from the front door, 1050 sq. ft. to 1250 sq. ft.

Penthouse Condo: Located on building 2618 and 2616. Unique three bedroom floor plan with two bathrooms, one with a tub and shower and one a walk-in shower. Laundry room located across the walkway from the front door. 1355 sq. ft. to 1550 sq. ft.

You will have an assigned covered carport with plenty of guest parking available.  Owner in Village I are permitted to have one cat in residence.

Relaxation and enjoyment – 

The newly remodeled club house has a fireplace and full kitchen.  You will enjoy a game of pool on a full size table, you can also watch the big game on the flat screen TV while relaxing in the comfy chairs. The fitness center has been outfitted with the latest in equipment including weights and a TV so you can be entertained during your workout. You’ll find saunas and showers located in the recently renovated men’s and women’s rooms.  These make it easier for you to fit in your workout before or after work.

A heated in-ground pool and spa provides you with a secluded and serene location to relax. Enjoy the surrounding lovely white fence. Thatched roofed tables and lounge chairs add the perfect tropical touch for you sit back to enjoy the sun and fun. You’ll find this oasis located behind the clubhouse and offers a lovely view the Cove Cay Golf Course pond.

Buildings 2614, 2615, 2616, 2617, and 2618 comprise Cove Cay Village I.
